Shipping Policy

1. The customer may elect one of the following payment methods described in the Terms and Conditions.
2. The onus remains on the customer to ensure they enter the correct shipping address for their Goods. Additional fees may apply if the customer has entered the shipping address incorrectly.
3. Only physical addresses can be delivered to, no post box addresses will be allowed.
4. Goods are handcrafted and slight variations between boxes may occur. Sans Souci Packaging will endeavour to dispatch Goods within 7 (seven) days but no later than 14 (fourteen) days. Goods are expected to be delivered within 3-5 working days, depending on the Courier service.
5. Flat-rate shipping of R 130.00 is applied to orders within South Africa.
6. Our standard Courier service will deliver to physical addresses within South Africa. For international shipping, please get in touch with Sans Souci Packaging via the Website or at orders@sanssoucijewelleryboxes.co.za
